1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Sentebill ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Sentebill and supersede all prior agreements.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Sentebill for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modifying or copying the materials
  • Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer the software
  • Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Accessing our services through automated means or bots

3. Disclaimer

The materials on Sentebill are provided on an 'as is' basis. Sentebill makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Sentebill does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Sentebill or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Sentebill, even if Sentebill or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Sentebill could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Sentebill does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Sentebill may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

6. Links

Sentebill has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Sentebill of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

If you believe a linked site violates our terms, please notify us immediately.

7. Modifications

Sentebill may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

9. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and complete

You agree not to share your account credentials with others and not to create fraudulent accounts.

10. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit to Sentebill. By submitting content, you grant Sentebill a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content as necessary to provide our services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights.

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or violence toward other users
  • Post or transmit obscene, indecent, or offensive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the functioning of the service
  • Engage in any form of fraud or misrepresentation
  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Spam or send unsolicited messages
  • Violate intellectual property rights

12. Subscription and Billing

Free Plan: The Free plan allows 10 bills per month at no cost and does not require payment information.

Paid Plans: When you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize Sentebill to charge your payment method. Billing occurs on the same day each month unless you cancel your subscription.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided for partial months. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on Sentebill, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, are the property of Sentebill or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or display any materials without express written permission from Sentebill.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UGABILL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

15. Termination

Sentebill may terminate your account and access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Reasons for termination may include:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of other users
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Request from law enforcement

16. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service, Sentebill does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or repairs that may temporarily make the service unavailable.

We are not liable for any service interruptions or data loss due to maintenance or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the use of the service shall be governed by the laws of Uganda. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uganda.

Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sentebill regarding your use of the service.
